We are hiring a Warehouse worker in an Auto parts manufacturing company in Etobicoke, ON.

The job duties include maintaining quality standards by inspecting materials, in process production, finishing products, and then recording quality results.

• Maintain quality standards by inspecting materials, in-process production, and finished products, and recording quality results.
• Follow standards, rules, policies, work instructions, and directions.
• Utilize measuring equipment to ensure the quality of the material.
• Perform end bending, if necessary, to maintain the quality of the product.
• Understand and execute the scheduling of products to be painted.
• Have a quality and detail focus and remain calm under pressure / deadlines.
• Possess above average attendance.
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members.

• Proven ability to follow standards, rules, policies, work instructions, and directions

• Ability to do heavy lifting
• Understands the need to make premium quality every time
• Understand and execute the scheduling of products to be painted
• Utilize measuring equipment to ensure the quality of the material

• Has demonstrated the ability to remain calm under pressure / deadlines
• Above average attendance
• Experience with measuring equipment – tape measure, caliper, micrometer
• Good communication skills
• Physically able to lift, push, pull, stand on a concrete floor, kneel, crawl, grip, pinch
• Good eye-hand coordination and good visual/color vision
