Job description

Our client is a fast-growing non-asset-based 3PL provider expanding into the GTA. They offer freight, warehousing, and fulfillment services, driven by a customer-first approach and a commitment to reliable, data-informed logistics solutions. They’re looking for a driven and experiencedSenior Account Executiveto lead business development efforts in the Greater Toronto Area. You’ll be responsible for selling a full suite of logistics services — including warehousing, transportation, and value-added solutions — and managing long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and close new business opportunities across logistics services
  • Develop and execute go-to-market sales strategies in the GTA
  • Manage the accounts you bring in — ensure service delivery, resolve issues, and identify upselling opportunities
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue and activity targets
  • Collaborate closely with internal operations and support teams
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
  • Travel to client sites as needed
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience in logistics or supply chain
  • Strong preference for non-asset-based 3PL experience
  • Proven success in both hunting (new business) and farming (account management)
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Self-starter with energy, drive, and a growth mindset
  • Experience with Salesforce is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (car allowance provided)
