Job summary

A leading emergency management consulting firm in Canada is seeking Incident Management Team (IMT) Members for its Response Cadre. You will support state and local agencies during disaster missions by filling key IMT roles. Candidates must have at least seven years of experience in emergency management, be able to work on-call, and be prepared for contract-based deployment. The position offers a competitive salary range of $88,000 to $150,000 and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of professional experience in emergency management.
• Experience working in an Emergency Operations Center.
• Completion of NIMS and ICS training courses is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate within ICS and NIMS frameworks.
• Support EOCs during incidents and exercises.
• Coordinate logistics and resource management for field operations.
