A leading tech company in Toronto is seeking a Client Director to manage key accounts and drive revenue through strategic leadership and client relationship management. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of client management experience, including executive-level relationship management and a solid understanding of AI integration in business processes. The role involves significant travel and collaboration with various teams to enhance the customer experience.
Qualificações
- 7+ years of experience in client management, aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities.
- 2+ years as a Client Director or equivalent with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience.
- Previous sales experience in IT Service Management or similar fields.
Responsabilidades
- Provide strategic leadership to clients.
- Manage Executive relationships with assigned clients.
- Achieve financial targets for Licenses, Renewals, and Professional Services.
