What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert to support customers during the sales engagement process
- Create innovative solutions utilizing ServiceNow Security Operations functionalities
- Review and enhance customer security architecture and system integrations
- Develop and contribute to sales campaigns focused on Security Operations
- Collaborate with product management and development teams to enhance ServiceNow offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong pre‑sales experience with a deep understanding of the sales process
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training with 7+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Security Operations Centers (SOC), Network Operations Centers (NOC), or Computer Security Incident Response Centers (CSIRC)
- Familiarity with networking and security technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, and threat intelligence
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, GCIA, GSEC, CEH, or GIAC
- Experience with threat intelligence frameworks like STIX/TAXII and OpenIOC
- Background in Information Security within a global or national commercial enterprise
