• University Bachelor's Degree (4 years)
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales and merchandising experience within the CPG environment
• Valid driver's license with a favorable driving record
• Strong analytical skills and solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in the FMCG/CPG sector
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
• Proven track record of driving impact on goals and achieving results
• Entrepreneurial spirit with passion and energy for the role
• Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and customers
