Overview
Looking for a SEO Specialist for a collaborative team responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and support broader digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, collaborative, and up to date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes
Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for client's websites, ensuring maximum visibility on search engines and AI-driven platforms,
Assist/Lead technical SEO [including structured data, core web vitals, site architecture, etc.] initiatives to improve overall site performance,
Conduct in-depth keyword and topic research, as well as competitive analysis to understand current financial trends and identify content gap opportunities,
Perform regular technical SEO audits and implement recommendations across client’s sites,
Monitor performance using analytics tools (GA4, GSC, Adobe Analytics, etc.), providing clear, actionable insights through regular performance reports.
Provide content optimisation recommendations specifically for AI Overviews, rich results, voice search, and other emerging SERP features, to maintain client’s competitiveness,
Regularly review industry trends, algorithm updates, AI developments, and competitor strategies, while proactively adapting holistic SEO approach.
Review all relevant material or attend meetings to gain a full understanding of our client’s marketing/site goals and objectives
Qualifications
1 – 2 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing and/or related fields,
Understanding Google algorithms, AI-driven search results, and emerging SEO practices,
Knowledge of tools including STAT, Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Screaming Frog, SEMRush & Ahrefs, etc.
Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and presenting performance to clients using GA4, GSC, Looker Studio, etc.
Ability to clearly translate complex data and insights in simple language to stakeholders of all levels of knowledge,
Basic knowledge of programming Languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, is an asset,
Experience working with web development teams,

Ability to identify growth opportunities
Strong presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex data in simple terms
Keen eye for details & excellent organizational skills
Strong technical SEO background
Web development background is considered an asset
