• Execute the business analytics agenda in conjunction with analytics team leaders
• Work with best-in-class external partners who leverage analytics tools and processes
• Use models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance
• Execute the business analytics agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

What you need to know about this position:

• Manage reporting analysis for Retail Business Team as a dedicated Field Sales Analyst in the space of retail analytics
• Manage a portfolio of standardized and ad-hoc reports
• Revenue Growth Management Projects and Analysis
• Post analysis executive summary creation and present back to key stakeholders
• Overall support to the greater RBT team
• Project work with other cross-functional teams

Education / Certifications / requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• Candidate must be fluent in English
• Strong analytical mindset
• Skilled in data collection and organization
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Travel requirements

• Residence must be in GTA
• Will be required to be present in Gladstone Head Office most days
