As the professional organization of Alberta teachers, the ATA promotes and advances public education, supports teachers' professional practice and serves as the advocate for its members. Reporting to the HR Director, the Senior HR Business Partner provides strategic advice, expertise, and guidance to Association leadership and staff across all program areas and departments. Key focus areas include employee and labour relations, engagement, leadership development, diversity, equity and inclusion, workforce planning, and operational support.
