• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for client products and services
• Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
• Utilize a call flow guide to provide inbound customer support
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products, including smartphones, tablets, and computers

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong focus on building customer relationships and explaining technology
• Ability to work from a quiet, distraction-free environment
• Proficiency in multi-tasking with strong problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
• Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of PC usage
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Availability to work during varied hours of operation based on performance
