A leading elevator service company is seeking an experienced sales professional to manage client relationships and generate new business in the Greater Toronto Area. This hybrid role requires proven sales experience, particularly in the elevator industry, and a strong focus on customer advocacy. The ideal candidate will thrive in a customer-focused environment, conducting site visits and providing tailored solutions. This position offers competitive compensation and excellent earning potential.
First founded in 1988, and with offices located in Markham, Quality Allied Elevator (QAE) is the largest independently owned and operated elevator company servicing the Greater Toronto Area market. We currently service over 2500 commercial elevators in a wide variety of building types around the GTA. These include, but are not limited to, apartments, condominiums, offices, hotels, hospitals, long term care homes, retail, and industrial sites. Some of our customers include the CBC, Realstar Management Partners, Homestead Land Holdings, Colliers International, GWLRA, Durham College and many others.
As the largest independent elevator service company, we directly employ more than 100 individuals including over 65 licensed field employees, who complete an array of elevator work including preventative maintenance, repair, as well as complete modernization. As an independently owned and operated elevator company, QAE does not manufacture elevators (or elevator components). This means we must be able to maintain and repair all makes and models of elevators and have a wide range of technical expertise.
In this customer-focused sales role, you will manage a defined territory, nurture long-term client relationships, and generate new business opportunities across the GTA. This is a hybrid new business + account growth—equally focused on expanding our client base, renewing and growing existing accounts, and advocating for customers internally. You’ll spend significant time in the field conducting site visits, needs assessments, and presenting solutions that support safety, reliability, and long-term partnerships. As part of a collaborative team of three and reporting directly to senior leadership, this is a high-impact, well-compensated role with strong earning potential.
Thank you for your interest in joining our organization and for taking the time to apply. Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates selected for further consideration will be contacted. We appreciate your understanding.
Accommodations are available upon request for candidates participating in the selection process. Please let us know if you require any specific accommodations.
