Job summary
A prominent hotel in Victoria is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee food preparation activities. As a key part of the team, you will supervise staff, ensure quality control standards in food service, manage budgets, and address customer concerns. Candidates should have a college education in hotel management and at least two years of experience in the industry. This is a full-time, permanent position offering $21.50 hourly based on a 40-hour work week.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Education in hotel, motel, or restaurant management.
Responsibilities
- Establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Supervise activities of food preparation staff.
- Train staff in job duties and safety procedures.
- Ensure food and service quality standards are met.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Address customer complaints and concerns.
- Maintain records of stock and sales.
- Prepare and submit reports.
