A leading hospitality brand is seeking a motivated Pastry Manager to oversee kitchen operations at Hard Rock Ottawa. The role includes managing staff, ensuring culinary standards, and maintaining food quality in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have 6-10 years of culinary management experience and a passion for customer service.
Overview
ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent in this position is responsible for the overall operations of the back of house and kitchen area of the pastry. This role is responsible for ensuring Hard Rock culinary standards are upheld, that the food looks good and is cooked properly, the portions are correct, and it is cooked and served quickly.
