Here is what you will be doing each day:

As a Conference Concierge, you will be working with our Food and Beverage – Conference Services team to ensure a positive experience for all our guests, by providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service. You will be working a rotating schedule and will be responsible for meeting room set‑ups, maintenance and tear‑downs, plus deliveries of coffee break services. Additional responsibilities may include supporting the outlet serving staff during slower conference periods by taking orders, operating the electronic cash register/POS system, cleaning outlet areas, and answering guest inquiries about our food and beverage offerings, hotel services, the local area, and hours of operation.
