A leading financial services provider in Montreal is seeking an experienced finance professional to join their Operations Finance team. This role involves supporting business leaders with financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, and expense management. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience, a university degree in business or finance, and strong analytical skills. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement and a competitive salary range between CAD 105,750 and CAD 190,350.
The Operations Finance team provides crucial financial advice and support to Global Operations, including the Global COO and leadership team, by delivering comprehensive financial data and insights, maintaining expense policy, and ensuring a strong internal control environment for risk management. Reporting to the AVP, Global Operations Finance, this position acts as a trusted advisor to Canada Operations leaders, managing a team to support finance activities and collaborating with Expense Directors for actionable analysis on expenses, budgets, and financial outlooks. The role involves keeping management informed through formal reviews and linking expense drivers across products and divisions. Additionally, the position plays a key role in supporting transformation efforts within Operations and the FP&A team, serving as the primary finance representative for project reporting and central initiatives.
