Job summary
A prominent consulting firm is seeking a Transformation Lead to oversee deployment planning and execution for significant financial projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in leading transformations, with a focus on project rescue and management. Expertise in SimCorp Dimensions and BlackRock Aladdin is heavily favored. This remote position requires exceptional strategic thinking and risk management skills to ensure seamless project rollouts within the financial services sector.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of leading transformations for projects worth $100M+.
- Experience rescuing projects sustainably.
- In-depth knowledge of SCD and financial asset management.

Job Description: Our client is looking for a Deployment Lead to join their team.
Must Have Primary Skills:
- Proven track record of leading transformations, conversions for $100M+ programs
- Experience rescuing projects midway without undue disruption
- Must have in depth working knowledge of SCD
- Ability to think strategically, connect dots quickly, lead teams with strong risk-based decision-making skills
- Adept at change management and bringing people on the journey while maintaining execution excellence
Nice To Have Secondary Skills:
- Hands on working experience with Aladdin
Proven Experience In: This role will lead deployment planning and execution across testing, cutover/conversion, and business readiness work streams, while managing issues, risks, and vendors to ensure a smooth rollout. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial asset management, fund accounting, SimCorp Dimensions, and ideally BlackRock Aladdin, with a proven history of delivering large-scale project deployments. Experience joining projects midstream and identifying critical course corrections without disrupting progress is essential.
