Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of accounting or finance experience in a complex environment.
• Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/ US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support to site leaders.
• Execute Factory finance responsibilities including budgeting and forecasting.
• Analyze variances and communicate explanations to management.
• Align plant productivity with financial targets.
• Implement cost and working capital optimization programs.
• Manage internal and external audits.

Skills

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

Strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to work autonomously

Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial issues

Extensive knowledge of business operations
