Job summary

A luxury hotel management company based in Toronto seeks a Manager, Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financial insights and support performance transformation initiatives. You will lead the transition to new financial systems and optimize business results through collaboration with sales and commercial teams. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of finance experience, CPA or MBA qualifications, and be proficient in financial modeling and software tools, including Microsoft D365 and OneStream. This role offers a hybrid work model requiring 3 days a week at the corporate office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive finance experience, including business partnering roles.
• Experience with financial systems; OneStream knowledge is an asset.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of marketing programs into the OneStream platform.
• Deliver key insights into commercial and sales performance.
