A leading national consulting firm in Canada seeks a CPA or near-CPA to join its External Financial Advisory team in Montreal. The role involves building financial models and supporting buy-side transactions, with a focus on delivering meaningful financial advisory services to Indigenous governments and businesses. Candidates should have 3-4 years of experience, excellent Microsoft Excel proficiency, and be bilingual in French and English. Make an impact on our External Financial Advisory team, where rigorous finance meets meaningful impact for Indigenous governments, communities, and Indigenous-owned businesses. You’ll play a key role in delivering financial advisory support—building financial models, consulting on strategy, and contributing to private-market deal reviews from initial analysis through to completion. This position is ideal for a recent or near‑CPA who is eager to expand into financial advisory and private equity, while making a difference in Indigenous communities.
You’ll work with a group of team members with private equity, valuation, and public practice experience who have come together to work primarily with Indigenous communities in growing and buying companies across diverse sectors.
