A local school district is seeking a coach to oversee the athletics program, requiring strong communication and leadership skills. Candidates should have knowledge of their sport, coaching experience with K-12 athletes, and the ability to work in diverse environments. This position involves conducting practices, managing games, and fostering character development among athletes. Flexibility in working hours is required, along with valid First Aid and CPR certification.

Under the direction of the building Athletic Director, building Principal, and district Athletic Director, the coach provides a comprehensive athletics program in the specified sport to include conducting practices, overseeing games and game strategy, educating and developing athletes, and complying with WIAA policies and procedures.
Such alternative to the above requirements and desirable qualifications may be made as the District finds appropriate and acceptable. It is understood that the district has the right to transfer and assign employees to best fit the needs of the district.Coaches appointed a position in any given school may be re-appointed to the same position for the subsequent school year without further posting.
