As Rimrock Banff prepares to re-emerge as the first Emblems Collection retreat in North America, we are setting new standards for modern mountain luxury, where exceptional guest experiences rely on exceptional operations behind the scenes.
The Engineering Lead plays a vital role in maintaining and elevating the hotel’s infrastructure and technical performance, ensuring system functions seamlessly to support guest comfort and operational excellence.
Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, this role blends hands‑on technical expertise, team leadership, and operational precision to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable building systems across the resort.
You are disciplined, analytical, and precise, the type of leader who takes pride in doing things right the first time.
You bring intellectual confidence and technical curiosity, always striving to improve systems and elevate standards.
You are matter‑of‑fact, introspective, and conscientious, with a deep respect for safety, regulation, and process.
