You will lead the strategy for the Coffee and Accessory portfolios and lead all aspects of the development of yearly marketing plans and build impactful and exciting 360 campaigns in collaboration with various teams. You will play a key role in defining future portfolio opportunities by identifying new growth avenues and establishing new partnerships. Additionally, you will play a key role in influencing and aligning both internal and external collaborators while owning the Coffee and Accessory team.
As the ideal candidate, you are a problem solver who develops creative plans through innovative ways and creative thinking. You will also demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skills, fostering a team environment that encourages creativity and collective success!
