We’re looking for a Klaviyo Expert to own and optimize our email and SMS lifecycle marketing, from strategy to execution, with a strong focus on conversion, retention, and compliance.
This role is responsible for building, managing, and optimizing Klaviyo flows, campaigns, and segmentation across the customer lifecycle. You will work closely with marketing, product, and operations to ensure timely, personalized, and high-performing communication.
You should be comfortable working in data-heavy environments, improving deliverability, and translating business goals into automated lifecycle journeys.
Klaviyo Setup & Lifecycle Flows
Build, maintain, and optimize Klaviyo flows (welcome, abandoned checkout, re-engagement, post-purchase, churn prevention, etc.)
Audit existing flows and identify gaps or improvement opportunities
Ensure flows are triggered correctly and aligned with user behavior
Campaign Management
Create and schedule email and SMS campaigns
Coordinate messaging with product launches, promotions, and operational updates
Ensure consistent branding, tone, and compliance
Segmentation & Data
Build advanced segments based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and attributes
Maintain clean lists and manage suppression logic
Partner with tech teams to ensure accurate event tracking and data syncs
Optimization & Performance
Monitor open rates, CTR, conversion, and revenue attribution
A/B test subject lines, content, timing, and flows
Improve deliverability and sender reputation
Compliance & Best Practices
Ensure messaging aligns with healthcare marketing standards and privacy regulations
Maintain unsubscribe, consent, and preference management best practices
2–4+ years hands‑on experience with Klaviyo
Strong experience building lifecycle flows and segmentation
Solid understanding of email and SMS deliverability
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
Excellent written English and attention to detail
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or regulated industries
Experience with transactional + marketing email separation
Familiarity with product‑led or subscription businesses
Experience collaborating with engineering or data teams
High‑performing automated flows with clear attribution
Improved open, click, and conversion rates
Clean segmentation and reliable data tracking
Email and SMS becoming a core revenue and retention channel
