One of our key late-stage pipeline assets, Asundexian, is an oral Factor XIa inhibitor (anti-thrombotic), being developed as a potential treatment for secondary stroke prevention in patients who have experienced a non-cardio-embolic ischemic stroke.
The Director of Marketing, Asundexian will assist in developing brand strategy, defining quarterly priorities while leading the execution of HCP marketing campaigns, sales messaging and field promotional resources that make an impact.
This role will support the team in a wide range of marketing initiatives, flexing as needed to support peer‑to‑peer, digital, and conferences. The position will collaborate across customer engagement, medical, and market access and requires excellent skills in communication, cross‑functional leadership, and influencing without authority. The position requires a high degree of project ownership and accountability while managing multiple workstreams.
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $175,360 - $263,040. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.
This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
This role is eligible for an enhanced employee referral bonus.
