Summer 2026 Work Term

Term Length: 4 months

Term Start: May 4, 2026

Term End: August 21, 2026

The pay range for the co‑op student role will reflect factors such as the candidate's experience, academic level, and the specific skillset required for the role.

Loblaw has adopted the following hybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely). Colleagues can work remotely up to 1 day a week, while spending the other 4 days in the office (to be determined by each business unit).

You’ll assist with developing campaign briefs, executing campaigns, analyzing campaign results while working with various stakeholders including agencies, merchandising, Loblaw Brands, Divisional operations and Marketing Operations. You will have an opportunity to develop your understanding of key marketing principles including brand management, insights and analytics, and how to build and execute marketing campaigns for retail and brands.

What you've done:
  • Demonstrated passion for retail and brand marketing
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Completed or are currently studying a related field (Marketing, Business, digital marketing etc).
