Job summary
A trusted engineering and electronics company in Dartmouth is seeking a qualified Senior Hardware Engineer to join their hardware design and development team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering and strong experience in electronic design, including analog and digital circuits. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on designing safety-critical aerospace electronics products and collaborating with various engineering disciplines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong experience in electronic design.
- Experience in analog and digital circuits.
- Experience with medium to complex schematic design.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop various complex safety critical aerospace electronics products.
- Create electronic circuits and concept diagrams of prototypes.
- Prepare design materials for customer reviews and proposals.

We are currently seeking a qualified Senior Hardware Engineer to join our team. The Engineer will be part of the hardware design and development team and work alongside various other engineering team members to provide support and assistance where required.

Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid
- Design and develop various complex safety critical aerospace electronics products
- Create electronic circuits and concept diagrams of prototypes.
- Prepare design materials (block diagrams, design documents, pricing) for customer reviews and proposals.
- Work with Systems, Software, Hardware, and Component Engineering team members to analyze and solve issues.
- Develop strong relationships with other engineering disciplines (Systems, Software, Hardware, and Mechanical designers) to maximize collaboration and synergy to meet project goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong experience in electronic design
- Experience in analog and digital circuits.
- Experience with medium to complex schematic design
