A professional security service provider is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Burnaby. The successful candidate will manage scheduling, maintain communication with supervisors, and handle emergency calls. Candidates must have a valid BC Security License and 1+ years of experience in security and scheduling roles. We are searching for qualified professionals to join our team, where you can make an impact through your exceptional customer service and communication skills.
We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive professional for the position of Operations Coordinator . The successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling all scheduling obligations in the Operations Center, as well as other administrative and operational duties. The successful candidate will have a consistently high level of integrity and the ability to work autonomously.
This position is the main and direct point of contact for security officers and supervisors on shift, proactively maintaining regular contact regardless of their assignment. The successful candidate will receive necessary training to develop and strengthen relevant skills related to and as required by the needs of the position.
This position reports directly to the Operations Manager . In addition, the position will receive direction from other Senior Fusion Security Management from time to time.
