City Wide Facility Solutions Sales Executive Job Description

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a tenacious closer to join our Sales Team! If you aggressively prospect for business, sell with confidence and integrity, and have a deep understanding of your clients' needs, our team and bonus structure are waiting for you!

As a Sales Executive, you will seek out and sign up new clients within the City Wide defined target market. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, then pass the client to the account management team. This high-activity role requires excellent prospecting, territory building, and closing skills.

This position offers an uncapped commission structure based on recurring revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients.
  • Manage the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding client needs, creating proposals, and making presentations.
  • Win new clients by overcoming objections and preparing compelling proposals.
  • Build your prospect pipeline daily, achieve sales metrics, and secure new business.
  • Utilize and manage our CRM to capture and update customer information.
  • Manage the projects sold to ensure completion of the scope of work through independent contractors.
  • Close business prospects based on the city-wide target market and sales objectives.
  • Maintain a positive and dynamic work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements
  • 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (building services, office services, office supplies, or similar industry preferred).
  • Proven success in outside B2B sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Organized within a defined sales process with the ability to move clients from prospect to close.
  • Experience with a short sales cycle and strong closing skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems.
  • Prior sales training preferred.
  • Outgoing, dynamic personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to facilitate presentations and one-to-one meetings.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook.
