North Shore Acura is currently seeking a Sales Advisor.

Your daily activities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Following up on all leads from various sources.
  • Meeting individual and department goals.
  • Promoting new business and expanding the customer base through prospecting and referrals.
  • Providing a superior customer experience to exceed expectations.
  • Demonstrating extensive product knowledge and participating in training.
  • Setting monthly productivity goals and planning strategies to achieve them.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all vehicle models.

Qualifications for the ideal candidate:

  • Effective negotiation skills and sound decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers.
  • Willingness to work hard and meet deadlines.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
  • Self-motivated with an outgoing attitude.
  • Procedure-oriented approach.
  • Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability to sales processes and the automotive industry.

  • Proficient computer skills (Internet & MS Office) and record-keeping abilities.
  • Vehicle product knowledge is an asset; extensive training will be provided.
  • Previous automotive sales experience is an asset.
  • Valid VSA License required.
  • Valid British Columbia Driver’s License and current ICBC driver’s record.
