Overview
- Meets regularly with Direct Sales Management to review the Professional Services pipeline, forecast, and opportunities.
- Works directly with Branch Sales Managers, BSC Team Lead, and Solution Architect to promote Solutions and Professional Services offerings, driven by Key Performance Indicators and KMBS processes.
- Responsible for pre-sale technical discovery, business process analysis, and developing customized solutions to meet client requirements.
- Participates in ongoing account review sessions as part of the account team.
- Collaborates with the team to create and develop Engagement Letters, Site Surveys, Scope of Work (SOW), and integration projects where appropriate.
- Interacts with the Implementation Team as needed to advise on resourcing and staffing for implementation plans.
- Maintains educational training standards and certifications aligned with job requirements and career development plans.
- Learns and demonstrates the benefits of all KMBS products, services, and solutions for clients.
- Strives to meet or exceed assigned revenue targets within the territory.
- Manages individual sales activities and opportunities using the CRM Management System.

- 4-year university degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant Solutions Sales Support experience.
- Strong knowledge of industry hardware, services, and solutions offerings.
- Experience with network print servers, document management/scanning applications, workflows, Manage Print Services, Print Optimization/cost recovery, print and MFP controllers, SQL, security, and third-party print devices.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 70%.
- Commitment to ongoing training and certification to stay current with technology.
- Working knowledge of project management processes.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
