Job description

Overview

  • Meets regularly with Direct Sales Management to review the Professional Services pipeline, forecast, and opportunities.
  • Works directly with Branch Sales Managers, BSC Team Lead, and Solution Architect to promote Solutions and Professional Services offerings, driven by Key Performance Indicators and KMBS processes.
  • Responsible for pre-sale technical discovery, business process analysis, and developing customized solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Participates in ongoing account review sessions as part of the account team.
  • Collaborates with the team to create and develop Engagement Letters, Site Surveys, Scope of Work (SOW), and integration projects where appropriate.
  • Interacts with the Implementation Team as needed to advise on resourcing and staffing for implementation plans.
  • Maintains educational training standards and certifications aligned with job requirements and career development plans.
  • Learns and demonstrates the benefits of all KMBS products, services, and solutions for clients.
  • Strives to meet or exceed assigned revenue targets within the territory.
  • Manages individual sales activities and opportunities using the CRM Management System.

  • Experience with network print servers, document management/scanning applications, workflows, Manage Print Services, Print Optimization/cost recovery, print and MFP controllers, SQL, security, and third-party print devices.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70%.
  • Commitment to ongoing training and certification to stay current with technology.
  • Working knowledge of project management processes.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
