Overview

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (On-Site)

Our Customer Service Representative interfaces with client customers of SharkNinja via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position is onsite in our renovated facility and provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding SharkNinja's product and/or services. (Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)

What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll:

  • Provide inbound customer support.
  • Be a brand ambassador for SharkNinja products by promoting the brand and building loyalty through excellent customer interactions.
  • Understand the impact you have on the customer’s perception of the SharkNinja brand.
  • Consultatively position and sell SharkNinja products and services by identifying customer needs and sharing targeted features and benefits to improve product experiences.
  • Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
Your qualifications

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:

  • Minimum of 6 months previous experience in a customer service role, or comparable business service sector.
  • High School or University.
  • Must be within 65 kms of the Chatham office.
  • English speaking role.
  • Ability to work in Windows environment.
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies.
