Job summary

Qualifications
- 3+ full cycle Fusion Cloud Sourcing and procurement Contracts implementations required.
- Strong knowledge in procurement and supplier management.
- Experience with Oracle integration and cloud systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver business requirements and document processes for Oracle Fusion.
- Assist in implementation including data migration and user training.
- Manage procurement contracts and supplier relationships.
Skills

Description
An Oracle Fusion Cloud Sourcing and Contracts consultant is expected to deliver various outcomes and contributions throughout the project lifecycle. Some key deliverables include:
- Business Requirements: Understanding and documenting the business requirements to configure Oracle Fusion Sourcing and contracts accordingly.
- Mapping and Configuration: Setting up modules to align with the business processes and needs.
- Implementation: Assisting in the implementation process, which involves data migration, testing, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
- Training and Documentation: Providing training sessions and creating documentation according to oracle implementation methodology.
SkillsExperience and Skill Set Requirements
Mandatory Requirements: Hands‑on experience with at least 3 full cycle Fusion Cloud Sourcing and procurement Contracts implementation.
Core Functional Skills: 50%
- Hands‑on with at least 3-4 full cycle Fusion Cloud Sourcing and procurement Contracts implementation.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
- Experience in managing sourcing events (RFIs, RFQs, Auctions).
- Experience in authoring, approving, and managing procurement contracts.

- Experience in technical enhancements to Fusion Cloud including reports and interfaces.
Project Management: 20%
- Ability to work, manage and prioritize tasks effectively, work within project timelines and provide status update.
- Experience in Agile or waterfall delivery experience.
