Language Requirement: Fully bilingual – English & French

Key Responsibilities:

• Review public/private bids (RFPs), manage contract documentation
• Support account managers with administrative and coordination tasks
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and sales teams on contract processing
• Maintain customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues
• Input and manage data in relevant systems (CRM, Excel, financial tools)
• Track multiple ongoing projects and ensure accuracy and compliance
