Job summary
A regional health service provider in Manitoba is looking for a Psychiatric Nurse to provide care within the Manitoba health system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute mental health, excellent communication skills, and be a registered nurse in Manitoba. This term position focuses on crisis intervention and team collaboration in a clinical setting, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years recent acute mental health experience required.
- Registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba or College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Manitoba required.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric assessment and crisis intervention.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide mental healthcare.
