The Clinical Transformation Nurse (RN/RPN) attends Safer Care Readiness meetings, sharing resources and updates with clinical teams. This position aids acute care teams in preparing for the upcoming go‑live of Safer Care by offering clinician support, tracking common issues, escalating problems, providing occasional implementation‑specific workload support, and assisting with issue resolution and system troubleshooting for frontline clinicians and clinical leaders in collaboration with the Safer Care team.

This role requires collaborative efforts with clinical teams and leadership, serving as a knowledgeable guide to provide insights on new features or modifications to existing program workflows. Travel to various Acute Care Sites based on operational needs may be required.
