A senior living management company in Burlington is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide compassionate care to residents. The ideal candidate will have current registration as an RPN, experience with seniors, and strong communication skills. RPNs are responsible for providing planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care in accordance with the provincial standards of care.
RPNs are an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team who build trusted relationships with our residents, families and teams with continuous ongoing and effective communication.
RPNs implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the care plans and make changes as required.
RPNs complete and ensure resident’s clinical care assessments, care plans and documentation are accurate, up to date and communicate changes as required.
RPNs teach, delegate and direct unregulated care providers, providing them with coaching & mentorship.
