The Opportunity!
The Motor License Issuer Lead provides leadership to the Issuer teams across the Saskatchewan Region and is responsible for maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes. With a focus on building and maintaining technical knowledge as well as forming interactive retail branch relationships, this role also ensures that issuer sales and retention are supported. The Motor License Issuer Lead develops and maintains operational excellence by improving efficiencies and ensuring that, even during organizational growth, Issuer branches in the organization are aligned toward achieving overall strategic goals.
Works collaboratively with the Chief Operating Officer and other Vice President’s to design, communicate and follow up on Issuer processes, sales and retention.
The Motor License Issuer Lead achieves results by building relationships across the retail branch network. This role demonstrates advanced knowledge within The SGI Issuer product and retail operations.
