Qualifications

• Graduation from high school with a diploma recognized by the Newfoundland and Labrador Department of Education.
• Graduation from an approved Advanced Care Paramedic program accredited by the Canadian Medical Association.
• Current physical capability testing certificate from the past 3 months.
• A valid Class IV driver’s license issued by the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency and medical care in various settings.
• Conduct physical examinations and comprehensive assessments.
• Work closely with the Virtual ER team and travel as needed.
• Provide leadership and mentorship within the paramedicine program.
