Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a motivated Field Technician for a client in St. John's. This role involves providing technical support for end user computing devices and deploying IT solutions. Candidates should have certifications in relevant areas, excellent communication skills, and the physical ability to set up equipment. This position offers a pay rate of $30.00 per hour and involves travel within the province.
Qualifications
- Certifications in Network+, A+, Lenovo Hardware, Dell Hardware, CISCO Switching (CCNA).
- Experience with Windows 7, Windows 8, Microsoft SCCM, DHCP, DNS, WIFI, Satellite, VSAT.
- Physical ability to complete setups and deployment of computer equipment.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to clients' end users related to computing devices.
- Resolve technical support issues requiring hands-on approach.
- Deploy IT solutions for end user devices and technologies.
