• Optimize web pages for maximum speed, performance, and accessibility.

• Maintain and improve existing front-end codebases through continuous optimization and refactoring.

• Debug issues, perform code reviews, and ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards.

• Stay up to date with the latest web development trends, frameworks, and tools.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Front End Developer or similar role.

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

• Experience with version control tools such as Git.

• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and modern responsive design techniques.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

• 2–5 years of professional experience in front-end web development.

• Prior remote working experience is an added advantage.

• Portfolio or links to past work demonstrating UI/UX implementation are preferred.

• Flexible working hours with core collaboration time between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT or as per project requirements).

• Full-time remote position with occasional virtual team meetings.

• Deep understanding of front-end architecture and web performance optimization.

• Strong grasp of design aesthetics and attention to pixel-perfect details.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
