Senior Quantity Surveyor – Kent – up to £65,000 plus package

My client, a leading residential developer in the South East Region, specialises in traditional new build Residential houses and apartments and is currently looking for an experienced quantity surveyor to fill a senior position.

The ideal candidate would have more than 5+ years’ experience with a UK residential developer on a permanent basis, working on residential new build projects from inception to completion.

A strong Quantity Surveying background with a proven track record is required.

In return, my client can offer a competitive salary up to £65,000 plus a package and career progression within the company.

A degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying is essential. RICS and CIOB membership are desirable but not essential.
