CSG Talent are exclusively partnered with an exciting startup in the Mining Technology industry. As a result of a successful funding round, they are ready to invest in their sales team, starting with an experienced Vice President of Business Development to join the team.

This role combines strategy with hands-on execution, driving complex deals ($1M+) across 12-18-month cycles and building lasting relationships with mining operators worldwide.

Essential experience includes a background in mining engineering, as well as successful experience in selling technology solutions to mid-tier to tier-1 mining companies on a global scale.

We are looking for candidates based in Canada (remote), with up to 50% travel. You will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team.

• Lead global sales strategy and execute high-value, complex deals
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and technical decision-makers
• Develop strategic partnerships and expand market presence
• Collaborate with product and deployment teams to ensure successful implementations
• Mentor and grow a high-performing business development team

• 10+ years in mining operations, technology sales, or equipment / services
• Knowledge of mobile mining equipment
• Proven track record in complex B2B mining technology sales
• Global perspective and ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments
• Based in Canada, willing to travel
