Job Description: Are you an experienced Life Insurance Agent or Broker with a proven track record in sales seeking an opportunity to take your career to the next level with a team that values your expertise? Role Mission

To successfully improve financial outlooks for families through proficient client acquisition strategies and implementation of ethical financial solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage your sales background and industry expertise to connect with potential clients and provide them with the best‑suited insurance solutions.
  • Source clients through professional opportunities to build your book of business.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and financial situations to recommend appropriate risk, savings, and debt solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; provide ongoing support and address inquiries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Trinity Solutions Team to stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Adhere to industry regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Competencies
  • Must have a valid Life & Health Insurance Agent license in your province of residency.
  • Proven track record of success in life insurance and/or accident and sickness insurance sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Canadian compensation guidelines for life insurance agents.
  • Existing knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, and industry regulations.
