Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and talent strategy to drive business performance.
  • Talent Management: Lead initiatives in talent development, succession planning, and retention, ensuring the business attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
  • Workforce Transformation: Champion digital enablement, skills-based talent strategies, and agile workforce models to future-proof the firm.
  • Culture & Inclusion: Foster a diverse, equitable, and culture of belonging; support programs that promote well-being, and a high-performing culture.
  • Employee Experience: Drive employee engagement and experience initiatives, leveraging data and feedback to inform continuous improvement.
  • Change Leadership: Manage and support organizational change, acting as a catalyst for transformation and ensuring alignment with broader firm priorities.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize people analytics and external benchmarks to inform strategic decisions and measure impact.
About the team

The Culture and People Office (CPO) delivers business-focused, efficient, and innovative programs focused on bringing our “I could have only done it at Deloitte” people promise to life. The CPO function consists of Business Experience (HR Business Partners), People Experience (HR Operations) and an agile Workplace Experience Centre of Expertise (CoE), supported by dedicated: Learning & Development; Partner & Alumni Experience; Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; Digital Experience; and Culture & Change functions. Together these teams bring a diverse set of capabilities together to create a fundamentally different talent experience that is powered by digital, data-driven, employee-centric, leading practice, and enabled from the center. This role will sit in the Business Experience team.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years progressive business and/or HR experience, including experience as a strategic advisor or business partner.
  • Experience in a professional services or matrixed environment preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior business leaders.
  • Deep understanding of current HR trends, digital transformation, and workforce strategies.
  • Position Multiple locations: Bilingualism in French is an asset, due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.
Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $260,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
