The ideal candidate will have over 10 years in mining operations or technology sales, with a proven track record of building relationships with C-level stakeholders. This remote role offers opportunities for significant travel and collaboration with a senior leadership team, focusing on mentoring a high-performing business development team.
CSG Talent are exclusively partnered with an exciting startup in the Mining Technology industry. As a result of a successful funding round, they are ready to invest in their sales team, starting with an experienced Vice President of Business Development to join the team.
This role combines strategy with hands-on execution, driving complex deals ($1M+) across 12-18-month cycles and building lasting relationships with mining operators worldwide.
Essential experience includes a background in mining engineering, as well as successful experience in selling technology solutions to mid-tier to tier-1 mining companies on a global scale.
We are looking for candidates based in Canada (remote), with up to 50% travel. You will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team.
