This on-site role offers hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement. With a focus on growth, ideal candidates will have a degree in HR or Business Administration, plus 1 year of HR experience. - 1 year of HR experience, ideally in recruitment or operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS software.
- Willingness to work in the office full-time from 9 am to 5:30 pm.

- Facilitate new hire onboarding to ensure a welcoming experience.
- Assist with associate lifecycle documentation and monitor HR inbox.
