Qualificações
1 year of HR experience, ideally in recruitment or operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS software.
Willingness to work in the office full-time from 9 am to 5:30 pm.
Responsabilidades
Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings and screening resumes.
Facilitate new hire onboarding to ensure a welcoming experience.
Assist with associate lifecycle documentation and monitor HR inbox.
Conhecimentos
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Flexibility to work across different shifts
Formação académica
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Human Resources/Business Administration
