We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our innovative team building an AI‑powered clinical decision support tool that will transform how family doctors approach mental health diagnosis and treatment. This is a unique opportunity to bridge healthcare expertise with cutting‑edge AI technology, directly impacting patient care and physician effectiveness.
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the intelligence behind our agentic system—developing the clinical knowledge base, rules, and evaluation frameworks that ensure our AI delivers accurate, clinically sound recommendations. You’ll work at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and quality management, helping to build a tool that family physicians can trust with their patients’ mental health.
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position’s main responsibilities given its national scope.
