The Assistant Fitness Manager (AFM) reports to the General Manager and oversees all fitness and personal training products and services at a Fitness World location. The AFM is responsible for building and maintaining a high-performing fitness team of Personal Trainers and ensuring a top-tier fitness experience for members. Key responsibilities include achieving financial results, member retention and satisfaction, executing company policies, procedures and programs, and embodying the company's culture and values.
