• 3-5 years’ experience in a high-speed, manufacturing environment.
• Leading teams with a culture of continuous improvement and an EHS mindset.
• Asset Care Planner/Scheduler experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the brewery Asset Care Team.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance resources for preventive maintenance.
• Manage maintenance personnel for emergency repairs to reduce downtime.
• Champion a culture of proactive and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety legislation and regulations.
