The Elite Job is seeking an experienced and creative Email Marketing Manager to lead our digital communication and customer engagement strategy across Brazil. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with an innovative, global team that values data-driven insights and creative marketing approaches. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that drive customer retention, lead generation, and revenue growth.

• Develop, manage, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and brand awareness.

• Design and segment email lists to ensure personalized and targeted communication.

• Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to create visually appealing and high-performing email templates.

• A/B test subject lines, layouts, and content to continually improve open and click-through rates.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rates, CTRs, conversions, and ROI.

• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, LGPD, and CAN-SPAM).

• Manage automation workflows for lead nurturing and lifecycle campaigns.

• Identify and implement strategies for improving deliverability and engagement rates.

• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure ongoing campaign optimization.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience (3+ years) managing email marketing campaigns in a B2B or B2C environment.

• Strong understanding of CRM and email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.

• Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot Reports, etc.).

• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills in English and Portuguese.

• Knowledge of segmentation, automation, and lead scoring methodologies.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic email editing and troubleshooting.

• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in email marketing or digital marketing roles.

• Experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.

• Previous experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or tech companies is an added advantage.

• Fully remote position based in Brazil.

• Flexible working hours with occasional meetings aligned to global time zones.

• Must be available for team calls between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Brasília Time) as needed.
