Job Title: Remote Recruiter

Location: Fully Remote

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (US Eastern Time)

Salary: USD $1,500/month + performance bonus

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in hiring remote talent across multiple platforms, especially LinkedIn. In this role, you will source, evaluate, and manage candidates with minimal guidance, helping our team identify top professionals for remote roles. You will also play a critical role in supporting our sales efforts by being involved from the initial client screening to deeply understand their needs, ensuring the recruitment process is tailored to meet their expectations. Additionally, you will ensure proper follow-up with both clients and workers to confirm progress, address any concerns, and maintain satisfaction throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source, attract, and recruit candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, focusing on alignment with role requirements and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates, particularly those suited for remote work.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and refine job descriptions as necessary.
  • Support sales efforts by participating in initial client screenings to align recruitment strategies with client needs.
  • Ensure timely and effective follow-up with both clients and workers to monitor progress and resolve concerns promptly.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Experience: 3+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on remote talent acquisition.
  • Language Skills: High proficiency in English; Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Work Environment: Prior experience working in a fully remote setting.
  • Platforms: Demonstrated expertise with LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
  • Self-Management: Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
  • Must have a professional remote work setup and reliable internet.
  • Strong Zoom presence and communication required - English (C1/C2).
  • As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be asked to submit an introduction video.
